While having a routine for the law of attraction is completely optional, it does help you to maintain a good set of habits that help to increase your vibration and give you the opportunity to attract what you want to manifest. Here are some ideas for what to include in your nighttime law of attraction routine.

Meditate to Clear the Day from Your Mind

No matter what happened today, you don’t need to continue focusing on it throughout the evening. Going to sleep with a positive, clear headspace is an excellent way to set new intentions and attract what you desire. You can do this by taking a few minutes in the evening to meditate.

Sit in your bedroom in a comfortable position, such as in a chair, on your bed, or on a meditation pillow. Light a candle or turn on an essential oil diffuser to create ambiance. Close your eyes, and start deep breathing exercises. Feel every sensation of your breaths, focusing on them instead of what else might be on your mind at that moment. When a thought comes through, watch it disappearing gently, and go back to having a clear and calm mind.

Just a few minutes of meditation in the evening is all you need to relax your body and mind.

Visualize What You Want

Visualization works really well when you are relaxed, so your nighttime routine is a good time to get this done. After you have meditated or during your meditation, think about one thing you want to manifest, then look for the scene that allows you to visualize it. If you are wanting to take the next step in your relationship, look at the distant picture of how you know you will have made it. This might be the day of your wedding, or even further in the future when you have children or go on a vacation together. Remember when visualizing to keep that picture in your head, look at it from your perspective, and try to feel your emotions through this visualization.

Work on Scripting

Scripting is when you write in your journal that you are grateful for what you are trying to manifest, but as if you already have it. Again, think about what you want to manifest and visualize it. Write it down as if you are already experiencing it. Instead of writing that you want to lose 50 lbs, write that you are so happy and grateful that you lose those 50 lbs. You are enjoying shopping for new clothes, you feel confident and healthier, and you love to look in the mirror at your new body.

Gratitude Once More

Even if you expressed gratitude during your morning routine, you want to do it again in the evening. This is when you get specific about what happened that day to make you grateful. Some of it might be the same as what you wrote in the morning, which is okay! We are often grateful for the same blessings over and over again. Try to think of at least 3-5 things you are grateful for each day and write it down.
