We want to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Therefore, we are unable to cancel orders or make changes to your order after it has been placed.

Most items are restocked. If an item is not in stock, please check back later. Limited edition items may not be restocked.

Order Status

To check the status of your order, click the Track Order link in the footer of the page. You will need to provide your order number and email address.

We send confirmation emails:

  • Immediately after your order has been received
  • After your order has been shipped

All emails are sent to the email that you have provided so please ensure that the address is valid. If you do not see any emails from us, please check your email spam filter.

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, please allow 3-5 days for tracking information to start showing up in the system.

On rare occasions, an order may be canceled due to an item being out of stock or if we are unable to verify your billing information.

If either of these instances occur, we will inform you via email.

After your order has been placed, it immediately goes through a process of verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days. During peak times such as holiday seasons and public holidays, this may take longer. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been processed.

Most U.S. based orders are delivered within 5 business days after shipment. However some locations may take 7-14 business days for delivery. We select a balance of the fastest and cost effective shipping method offered. Delivery times may be a little longer during the holiday season. 

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 20 days, please contact us so that we may assist you regarding the status of your order.

Depending on the destination in the world, some orders may take longer due to couriers and customs inspections, so please take this into consideration should your order not arrive within 20 days.

Our stock is spread out over multiple fulfillment centers in order to get them to you quicker and some of our specialty items are shipped from various international warehouses. Therefore, items in the same order may be sent in separate packages and may be delivered at different times. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

Purchases may be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Food items, sanitary goods, intimate products, and items listed as final sale may not be returned unless required by law.

After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are due a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
