All return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in new and unused condition, complete with all original tags and labels attached.
For an efficient return process, please refrain from sending your purchase back directly to our fulfillment center. Instead, reach out to our dedicated customer service team to initiate your return. Keep in mind that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges for reasons stemming from personal choice, such as a change of mind or incorrect sizing/color selection. To ensure a smooth transaction, we recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending your return.
If the return is necessitated by an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item, we will gladly provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Moreover, should any of the items arrive in a damaged state, we will promptly replace them.
Damaged or Broken Items:
Despite our best efforts to securely package items, instances of breakage and damage during shipping can still occur. If you receive an item that’s broken or damaged, kindly report the issue to us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. In certain cases, we may request photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Perishable goods such as food
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Items designated as final sale due to hygienic reasons

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will initiate the return or exchange process. Please allow a minimum of 7 days from the item’s receipt for us to complete this process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email notification. If you are entitled to a refund, the credit will be applied to the original method of payment.
To sustain competitive pricing and offer free shipping, returns due to personal choice will incur a restocking fee ranging from 15-20% of the purchase price. Rest assured, no restocking fees apply to damaged or defective items or items shipped in error by us.
